Niloufer Samal was elected as the first woman President of Doha Toastmasters Club. Doha Toastmasters the pioneering club in Doha Qatar brought the toastmasters movement to Qatar in 1996 and since then has been serving the community by making better speakers and communicators. Niloufer Samal joined the club in Jan 2016 and has previously served the club as Vice President Public Relations and Vice President Education. She was awarded Outstanding Toastmaster of the year at TAC E 2018.
